Are you curious what Titus 2 ministry might look like in your church? Have you wondered whether to set up mentoring relationships intentionally or just allow them to develop organically? Have you struggled in pairing up older and younger women? Or do you have an effective mentoring ministry that you would like to share with others? Laura Rife will lead this discussion. Samantha Frykholm, a member of the Women in Ministry Leadership Equipping Team, will be sharing briefly about her church's Titus 2 Ministry. Then you will have the opportunity to dialogue about your experiences and ask each other questions. Our goal is that you will leave with a greater understanding and appreciation of Titus 2 Ministry along with some ideas of how to either get one started or improve the ministry you already have.

Equipping Workshops

If you work with adults in Children's Ministry, here is a workshop just for you. Topics include recruiting and retaining volunteers, evangelism/discipling children, and a panel of leaders from small, medium, and large churches discussing various issues including behavioral and special needs. Focus this year is on Equipping women for ministry in the church. This includes: Handling conflict biblically; Identifying gifts and design and using them; moving women from watching to doing; and equipping women to lead Bible studies/small groups. More information and registration begins Summer, 2025.
Gateway
Open to men and women of all ethnicities and backgrounds. It will deepen your theological understanding and prepare you for leadership in EFCA churches. There are two phases to this training as well as Spanish language equivalents.
Prepared
Gospel-centered, affordable, accessible and systematic two-year equipping program for women in ministry leadership or preparing to serve in ministry leadership, locally or globally. This is an EFCA program. A new two year series begins August, 2023.

The Pathways study is designed to be used in a small group to teach members how to study the Bible for themselves in a simple, uncomplicated, and transferable method.
