2025 Equipping Workshop for Women in Ministry Leadership
The Equipping workshop is for EFCA Central women who are currently in ministry leadership, on leadership teams, or who are preparing for ministry leadership in the future. This can be in a paid or voluntary role. And while the focus at this time is on Women’s Ministry, any woman serving in ministry leadership is welcome to attend.

EFCA PROGRAMS
Gateway
Open to men and women of all ethnicities and backgrounds. It will deepen your theological understanding and prepare you for leadership in EFCA churches. There are two phases to this training as well as Spanish language equivalents.
Prepared
Gospel-centered, affordable, accessible and systematic two-year equipping program for women in ministry leadership or preparing to serve in ministry leadership, locally or globally. This is an EFCA program. A new two year series begins August, 2023.

Pathways
The Pathways study is designed to be used in a small group to teach members how to study the Bible for themselves in a simple, uncomplicated, and transferable method.
